Questions to consider…and answer!

w Do we have a burden for the work God has called us to lead?

w Are we willing to sacrifice in order to obey?

w Are we patient in gathering facts and information?

w Do we enlist others to help, or do we do it all ourselves?

w Do we help train others and give them opportunities to lead?

(and allow them to make mistakes)

w Do we listen to our leaders and share their burdens?

w Do we cling to the past or desire to see God do something new?

w Do we work hard?

w Are we cooperating in any way with the enemy, weakening the work?

w Have we found the job God wants us to complete?
